摘　　要：某1000MW机组直流锅炉启动系统中的炉水循环泵在运行中常出现电机腔室温升异常而跳闸的事故,严重影响了机组的安全性.通过对炉水循环泵的运行状况和实测数据的分析,认为腔室内污物的聚积是问题的根本原因,并提出了运行监督、维护和结构改造方面的改进措施.The abnormal temperature rise of motor chamber of the water circulating pump in 1 000 MW unit often occurs in operation, and the trip of the pump occurs consequently. Therefore, the safety of the unit is affected. So this problem must be analyzed and some measures must be put forward. After detailed analysis of this problem with the operation status and actual observation re- cord of the water circulating pump, the dirt deposited in the motor chamber is the ultimate cause. Meanwhile the improvement measures about operation supervision and structural system of the wa- ter circulating pump are proposed.
