摘　　要：提出了一种基于嵌入式Linux的4×4矩阵键盘实现方案。该方案以AT91RM9200处理器为硬件核心,采用嵌入式Linux操作系统为软件平台,设计了4×4矩阵键盘的驱动程序。驱动开发完成后,在实际项目中进行测试。结果表明,硬件电路稳定,驱动程序工作高效可靠。This paper proposes a scheme of 4×4 matrix keyboard based on Embedded Linux.The driver is designed by using Linux operating system as software platform which is running on an AT91RM9200 processor.It is tested by actual project after the driver is finished.And the result indicates that the hardware is stable,the driver is efficient and reliable.The scheme also gives a reference and has a significance of other embedded devices which expands to ranks of the keyboard.
