区域性医院临床护士深静脉血栓知识现状调查分析

摘　　要：目的调查本地区不同级别医院临床护士对下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)相关知识的掌握情况,提高护理人员DVT的预防和护理水平,降低DVT患者的病死率。方法采用问卷调查法评估我市区域内不同级别医院临床护士196名对下肢DVT知识掌握情况。结果对DVT发病机制、临床表现、高危因素、诊断方法,区域内不同级别医院临床护士掌握均较差;DVT好发部位掌握较好,区域内不同级别医院比较仍有差距;DVT的护理措施、致死并发症及肺栓塞的临床症状掌握均较差。结论区域内不同级别医院临床护士DVT相关知识掌握均较差,护理工作经验的丰富并没有提高临床护士对下肢深静脉血栓形成相关知识的认知程度,需要通过有效的方法加强针对性的继续教育培训。Objective To Investigate the clinical nurses of regional different level hospitals about the lower extremity deep venous thrombosis（DVT）,improve the level of prevention and nursing and reduce the case fatality rate.Methods 196 clinical nurses in different level hospitals were investaged by questionnaire survey about the lower extremity DVT knowledge.Results DVT pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,risk factors,diagnosis method,clinical nurses in hospitals of different levels were not well known;DVT predilection sites were all well known,there were differences among regional hospitals of different levels;they knew less about DVT nursing measures,lethal complications and pulmonary embolism symptoms.Conclusion Clinical nurses in regional hospitals of different levels had less about DVT related knowledge.Nursing experience did not improve knowledge about deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity,they need the effective method to strengthen the pertinence to continue education and training.
