摘　　要：鸬鹚捕鱼和鸬鹚渔业是两个既有区别又有联系的概念。其区别在于,鸬鹚捕鱼是一种自然现象,就像老虎食生物一样是一种生存之道。而鸬鹚渔业是人类利用鸬鹚捕鱼的食性为自己的食物需求服务,它赋予了人类的思想和某些技术手段,并伴有一系列的物质工具和行为符号。在鸬鹚渔业中,人与鸬鹚形成了一种主从关系,因而也是一种文化现象。The cormorant fishing and cormorant fishery are two concepts, different and rele- vant at the same time. The difference between them is that the cormorant fishing is a natural way of life just like tiger＇s eating other animals; cormorant fishery, however, is a kind of technical method with human＇s thoughts and series of tools and behaviors to serve for peo- ple＇s food necessities. In the cormorant fishery, the master-slave relationship between man and cormorant has been formed, which is also a kind of cultural phenomenon.
