摘　　要：通过对1#、2#高炉开炉过程及开炉前期操作制度的跟踪分析，查找出开炉悬料及炉墙结厚的主要原因，提出了高炉开炉及达产期操作设想。Some main causes of hanging and furnace wall liner thickening after blow on are found out via tracking analy- sis on the operation system during blow on of #1 and #2 BF. Some operation suggestions are put forward to reach the prodution target.
