摘　　要：目的　对ZS B型离心泵与Sarns离心泵进行比较 ,评价ZS B型离心泵的性能。方法　将 18例病人分为 :A组 (10例 )使用ZS B型离心泵进行体外循环 ,B组 (8例 )使用Sarns离心泵进行体外循环。分别于术前 ,体外循环结束时 ,体外循环结束后 1h、2h、2 4h和 48h抽血查血细胞比容、游离血红蛋白、红细胞和血小板。于术前、体外循环结束后 12h、2 4h和 48h测定尿蛋白。结果　两组体外循环结束后 ,血细胞比容、红细胞和血小板值降低 ,1h后降到最低值 (A组分别下降 2 2 .5 %、5 .8%和 2 6 % ;B组分别下降 2 2 .1%、10 .7%和 2 1% ) ,血浆游离血红蛋白升高达峰值 (A组为 5 7.73mg/L ,B组为 49.99mg/L) ;体外循环结束后尿蛋白增高 ,到结束后48h几乎恢复正常 ;各时间点的参数组间无明显差别。结论　ZS B型离心泵具有血液成分破坏小、操作安全、使用灵活的优点。其性能不差于Sarns离心泵。Objective To evaluate the advantages of ZS B centrifugal pump during cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods 18 patients were divided in two groups: group A (10 cases) using ZS B centrifugal, group B (8 cases) using Sarns centrifugal pump, blood samples were taken to measure the hematocrit (HCT), plasma free hemoglobin (FPH), red blood cell (RBC) and blood platelet (BP) before CPB and 1,2,24 and 48 hours after CPB. Likewise, urinary protein was measured before CPB and 12, 24, 48 h after CPB. Results After CPB, the HCT, RBC and BP all dropped to nadir (group A: 22.5%, 5.8% and 26%; group B: 22.1%, 10.7% and 21%) respectively, 1 h later. While the FPH rose to peak level (57.73 and 49.99 mg/L, respectively). After CPB, the urinary protein rose 48 h later, almost returned to normal. There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion ZS B centrifugal pump has the advantages of less destruction of blood elements and being safe and convinient for clinical use which is as good as sarns centrifugal pump.
