摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对乙状结肠膀胱扩大术患者的药学监护。方法报道1例乙状结肠膀胱扩大术患者。结果和结论药学监护能促进合理用药,减少药物不良反应的发生。Objective To explore pharmacy services on a patient with sigmoid colon cystoplasty for neurogenic bladder by clinical phar- macist. Methods A case accepted sigmoid colon cystoplasty for neurogenic bladder was reported. Results and Conclusion Pharmaceutical care can improve the rational use of drugs and reduce side effect.
