吻合器环形痔切除术后配合中药坐浴治疗Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者实施吻合器环形痔切除术(PPH)后配合中药坐浴的临床疗效。方法按照2002年PPH学术研讨会制订的PPH适应证筛选出的Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者200例作为研究组,对其实施PPH配合中药坐浴治疗;将通过归档病例查阅到诊断明确选取Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者198例作为对照组,采用传统的Milligan Morgan手术方式治疗。两组患者均将术后疼痛的程度、手术时间、平均住院日、术后并发症情况作为主要观察指标。结果研究组患者手术时间、术后的疼痛程度、平均住院日、术后并发症的发生率均优于对照组,差异均有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论Ⅱ～Ⅳ度痔疮患者实施PPH手术,具有手术时间短、疼痛轻、恢复快、并发症少等优势,术后配合中药坐浴,可加快患者康复速度。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Procedure for Prolapse and Hemorrhoids（PPH） combined with Chinese herb hip bath in the treatment of Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids.Methods 200 Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids patients selected in accordance with indications listed by the PPH symposium in 2002 were chosen as research group and were treat ed by PPH combined with Chinese herb hip bath;another 198 Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids patients diagnosed by inspection through the archive of cases were chosen as control group and were treated by traditional Milligan Morgan surgical treat ment.Pain degree after surgery,time of surgery,average period of hospitalization and postoperative complications were measured as main index.Results Statistically significant differences（P0.01） existed in all items as surgery time,pain degree after surgery,average period of hospitalization and the occurrence of postoperative complications,showed therapeu tic effects of research group were better than that of control group.Conclusion PPH treatment to Ⅱ-Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids patients can achieve shorter surgery time,less pain and postoperative complications and faster recovery.With com bination of Chinese herb hip bath,PPH surgery can further enhance patients＇ recovery rate.
