摘　　要：目的研究不同干燥条件下胜红蓟中挥发油的化学成分。方法水蒸气蒸馏法提取挥发油,用GC-MS法测定胜红蓟中挥发油成分,按峰面积归一化法求出挥发油中化学成分的百分含量。结果从胜红蓟挥发油中鉴定出30个化合物,含量较高的有早熟素1、2,石竹稀及其氧化物。不同干燥条件对胜红蓟挥发油中不同化合物含量影响大。结论采收胜红蓟时最好用晒干法。Objective To study the chemical components of the Ageratum volatile oil under different drying conditions.Methods The volatile oil was extracted by steam distillation and analyzed by GC-MS,and the percentage contents of components were determined by the peak area normalization method.Results 30 components were identified from the Ageratum volatile oil,of which the main components included that,precocene 1,precocene 2,Caryophyllene and Caryophyl lene oxide.Different drying conditions induced alterations on the contents of the components.Conclusion Sun-dried method is the best way to harvest Ageratum.
