复方苯甲酸酊中苯甲酸和水杨酸含量的HPLC测定

摘　　要：采用 HPL C法同时测定复方苯甲酸酊中苯甲酸和水杨酸含量。以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶柱 ,0 .0 2 m ol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液 ( 0 .1m ol/L氢氧化钠溶液调节 p H 6.1) -甲醇 ( 80∶ 2 0 )为流动相。两种成分分离度高。并用此法进行稳定性研究 ,结果满意。A HPLC determination was developed for benzoic acid and salicylic acid in compound benzoic acid tincture, using Nucleosil C 18 column.The mobile phase was 0.02mol/L potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution(adjusted to pH 6.1 with sodium hydroxide solution) methamol(80∶20). The UV detection wavelength was 254nm.The two constituents had good resolution and high recovery.
