摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT(MSCT)多平面重组技术(MPR)在腹部巨大肿块诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析11例腹部巨大肿块患者CT及其MPR图像,并与手术病理结果对比。结果 11例腹部巨大肿块多平面重组图像准确定位者10例(91%),区分良、恶性正确8例(73%),组织类型估计正确6例(55%)。MPR重建图像能清楚地显示肿瘤的形态、大小及其与周围结构的关系,能更全面地、多方位地显示病变特征。结论 MSCT多平面重组技术作为一种安全无创伤的检查方法,对腹部巨大肿块的诊断有较高的价值,能为临床医生制订合理的手术方案提供帮助。Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of multi-slice helical CT（MSCT） multi-planar reconstruction（MPR） in great abdominal masses.Methods The MSCT and MPR films manifestations of 11 great abdominal masses were reviewed retrospectively,and compared with pathology.Results MPR accurate location were 10 cases（91%） in the 11 cases of great abdominal masses,and distinguishing correctly between benign and malignant were 8 cases（73%）,and the organization type correctly estimated were 6 cases（55%）.MPR could clearly show the shape,size and relationships with neighbor tissues,so MPR films could more completely and Multi-direction show these characters of tumors.Conclusion MPR techniques are safe and noninvasive diagnostic method,having high value in diagnosis of great abdominal masses.It can guide clinicians to design appropriate treatment strategies.
