摘 要:目的对新医改前后齐齐哈尔市医生工作满意度进行对比,分析满意度提高或降低的归因,为提高医院绩效管理水平提供依据和管理对策,为新医改各项政策的有效落实和全面实现新医改目标提供参考。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,对新医改后齐齐哈尔市5所综合医院198名执业医生进行工作满意度调查,并将结果与新医改前进行纵向对比研究。结果 198名执业医生整体满意度为60.8%,较新医改前有所降低(P<0.05)。在对医院管理的满意度方面,只有对行政管理的满意度有所降低(P<0.05),其他指标均提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在对自身状况满意度方面,各项指标均提高(P<0.05)。在对工作环境满意度方面,各项指标均降低(P<0.05)。结论应提高医院行政管理水平,增加医生的培训机会,改善医院的环境设施,加强医生执业安全保障。Objective To contrast the job satisfaction degrees of doctors in Qiqihar City before and after new medical reform,so as to analyze the probable reasons why doctors satisfied with their jobs or not,provide references for improving hospital performance and fully implementing and completing the aim of new medical reform.Methods A self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the job satisfaction among 198 medical practitioners from 5 general hospitals in Qiqihar City,and the results were compared with before implementation of new medical reform.Results The overall degree of satisfaction among 198 medical practitioners was 60.8%,which was lower than before implementation of new medical reform(P 0.05).In the aspects of satisfaction degree of medical management,all indexes had improved,except for administrative management(P 0.05).In the aspects of satisfaction degree of self-condition,all indexes had decreased(P 0.05).In the aspects of satisfaction degree of work environment,all indexes had improved(P 0.05).Conclusion According to the results,it should improve the level of administrative management in hospital,enhance the training opportunities for doctors,improve the environmental facilities,and strengthen the safe and security for doctors.
