摘  要:目的探讨"QCC"方法在门诊西药房对减少不合格处方项次数的应用,从而提高用药的安全性和有效性及医疗服务品质。方法采用"QCC"方法分析处方不合格的原因,制订相应的对策并实施,同时评估该活动的效果。结果学习使用了"QCC"方法后,门诊不合格处方项次数下降了23.8%,效果良好。结论运用"QCC"方法后,在减少不合格处方和提升员工职业素质等方面取得了一定的效果,优化了标准化工作流程。有待于持续并扩大QCC在我国医院药学服务品质管理中的应用范围。Objective To investigate the application of QCC method in reducing the number of unqualified prescription items in the outpatient pharmacy,thereby enhancing the safety and efficacy of medication and improving the quality of medical services.Methods QCC method was used to analyze the reasons for unqualified prescriptions.And appropriate countermeasures were developed and implemented and the outcomes were assessed.Results After the implementation of QCC method,the items of unqualified outpatient prescriptions were reduced by 23.8%,showing good effect.Conclusion The implementation of QCC method has an effect in reducing unqualified prescriptions and enhancing staff professional quality,thus optimizes the standardization process of practice.The implementation of the method should be sustained and expanded in the quality management of hospital pharmacy services in China.
