摘　　要：发展节能环保与新能源汽车,已成为世界汽车工业可持续发展的唯一途径,代表着未来汽车的发展方向。而国家的政策对于产业的快速发展和市场的启动有着极其重要的作用。文章综述了当前中国节能与新能源汽车的主要的政策法规,旨在为中国车企节能环保汽车的发展和规划提供指导。通过对政策法规的分析,指出自主品牌应把握机遇,加快自主创新,积极地推动节能与新能源汽车的快速健康发展。The development of energy-saving, environmental and new energy vehicles has become the only way to make a snstainable development of global auto industry and also represents the development trend of vehicle in the future. However, national policies will exert great influence on the rapid development and market initiation of automobile. The paper summarizes the current policies and regulations of energy conservation and new energy vehicle in China, aiming to provide guidelines and for the green development and planning of Chinese automobile OEMs. Through analyzing policies and regulations, the paper points out those self-owned brands should seize opportunities anti accelerate independent innovation so as to actively promote the sound and rapid development of＂ energy conset＇vation and new energy vehicle.
