保温材料传导系数检测系统的设计

摘　　要：如今北方建筑物必须添加保温材料进行隔热保温,但是各个厂家生产的保温材料质量差别很大,因此,国家相关检测机关迫切需要一种分辨率高、速度快、稳定性强的检测仪对市面上各个厂家生产的保温材料进行检测.本系统以抗干扰能力极强的AVR单片机AT90S8515作为系统核心处理器,以美国DALLAS公司生产的智能温度传感器DS18b20作为温度传导检测的采集元件,开发设计检测保温材料传导系数系统.AT90S8515单片机采用一线总线搜索算法对系统中多个DS18b20温度传感器进行查询和访问,然后定时采集各个传感器的温度并传送给上位PC机进行综合存储、处理、分析,最终计算出各个厂家保温材料的传导系数,从而判定各个厂家产品质量的等级.Now buildings must add thermal insulation materials to protect heat lose,but the quality difference of insulation materials maded by different manufacturer is very big,therefore the national testing authority urgently needs a high resolution,fast speed,and strong stability equipment to test the quality of insulation materials.This system takes the high anti-interference ability microchip AT90S8515 as the core CPU,and the intelligent temperature sensor DS18b20 as temperature conduction collection device.The microchip AT90S8515 use one-wire bus search algorithm to search and access the DS18b20 sensors which are linked to the bus,then read the data covered by the sensor and analysis.The products＇ quality of various manufacturers depends on the final calculation of the thermal insulation material conductivity.
