摘　　要：目的优选贞芪扶正注射液的提取纯化工艺。方法以贞芪总多糖含量和转移率为指标,考察了多糖提取及超滤工艺对多糖含量的影响。结果该优选工艺制备的贞芪总多糖含量为50%以上。结论本方法简单可行,可为工业生产提供依据。Objective To ascertain the condition for extracting and purifying process of zhenqi fuzheng injections.Methods With the content and transferring rate of polysaccharides as index,the optimum extraction and ultrafiltration condition were selected.Results The content of polysaccharide was more than 50% with the optimize technique.Conclusion The preparation technique is feasible and the ultrafiltration technique can be used for middle-scale production.
