增强应化专业毕业生就业竞争力的实践教学模式

摘　　要：实践教学是应化专业教学活动的一个十分重要的环节,面对日益严峻的就业形势,如何培养适应时代需求的专业人才,是高校应化专业面临的挑战。本文介绍了近年来我们在应用化学专业毕业实践教学环节上的探索和尝试,即毕业实习和毕业论文(设计)有机结合模式,教学实践证明这种模式有助于增强应化专业毕业生的就业竞争力。It was important to practical teaching for applied chemistry undergraduate students.Facing the grim situation day by day,how to train the specialty students suited to the needs of the time was the challenge for applied chemistry specialty teaching.The exploration and attemption of practical teaching mode for applied chemistry undergraduate student in recent years that combined mode of graduation practice with graduation paper（design） were introduced.Teaching practice proved this mode was very important for undergraduate student to increase competitive ability of employment.
