摘 要:目的探讨足月新生儿高胆红素血症的病因及治疗方法。方法回顾性分析453例足月新生儿高胆红素血症的病因及治疗。结果足月儿高胆红素血症病因的构成比依次为围生因素250例(55.19%),不明原因80例(17.66%),溶血因素58例(12.80%),感染因素54例(11.92%),母乳性黄疸11例(2.43%)。经过(32.0±12.4)h的蓝光照射及辅助治疗后,血清胆红素值由(275.21±40.81)μmol/L降至(165.04±38.97)μmol/L。结论加强围生期保健,预防感染,早期结合其发病相关因素给予蓝光照射为主的综合治疗,对降低高胆红素血症发生率具有重要意义。Objective To explore the etiological factors and treatment of hyperbilirubinemia among full neonatal.Methods The cause and treatment of 453 cases of full neonatal hyperbilirubinemia were retrospective analyzed.Results Full neonatal hyperbilirubinemia cause the composition of the perinatal factors in 250 cases(55.19%),unexplained in 80 cases(17.66%),and the hemolysis factors in 58 cases(12.80%),infection factors in 54 cases(11.92%),breast milk sex was icter ic in11 cases(2.43%).After(32.0±12.4) h blue light exposure and auxiliary treatment,serum bilirubin value by(275.21 ± 40.81) μ mol/L fell to(165.04 ±38.97) μmol/L.Conclusion Strengthen the perinatal period care,prevent infection,early combined with its pathogenesis related factors to blue light irradiation primarily comprehensive treatment,to reduce the in cidence of hyperbilirubinemia has great significance.
