注射用头孢曲松钠治疗无合并症淋病的研究

摘　　要：目的研究注射用头孢曲松钠临床治疗无合并症淋病的治疗效果及不良反应,分析在临床应用时的注意事项、用药情况等,为注射用头孢曲松钠临床治疗无合并症淋病的合理用药提供理论依据。方法以本院2008年1月～2011年12月的432例无合并症淋病患者为研究对象,分别设置治疗组和对照组进行对比分析。治疗组:注射用头孢曲松钠2.5g+注射用水6mL+2%盐酸利多卡因3mL注射,每日1次,3～9d为1个疗程。对照组:壮观霉素2.0g,每日肌注1次,3～9d为1个疗程。通过治疗标准进行疗效评定,并记录不良反。结果治疗组总有效率为97.7%,对照组为83.8%,治疗组总有效率与对照组相比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论注射用头孢曲松钠是治疗无合并症淋病的首选药物,临床应用中应通过合理用药,减少患者不良反应。Objective To study the curative effect and adverse reaction of ceftriaxone sodium for injection in the treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhea,and analyze the matters needing attention and drugs use on the clinical application for provid ing theoretical basis of the rational use of drugs.Methods Four hundred and thirty-two patients with uncomplicated gonorrhea from January 2008 to December 2011 in our hospital were divided into treatment group and control group.The treat ment group were given 2.5 g ceftriaxone sodium for injection ＋ 6 mL water for injection ＋ 3 mL 2% loraine hydrochloride,1 time a day,from 3 days to 9 days of a treatment course.The control group were given 2.0 g intramuscular spectinomycin,1 time a day,from 3 days to 9 days of a treatment course.The curative effect and adverse reaction of two groups were ob served.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was 97.7%,the control group was 83.8%.There was significant difference in total effective rate between two groups（P 〈0.01）.Conclusion Ceftriaxone sodium for injection is the preferred drug in treatment of uncomplicated gonorrhea.The rational use of drugs on the clinical application can reduce the patients＇ adverse reaction.
