摘　　要：目的总结80例肋骨骨折合并血气胸的综合护理方法。方法回顾性分析2011年9月～2012年3月本院收治的80例肋骨骨折合并血气胸患者的临床护理资料。结果 80例患者经过科学合理的抢救及护理,均治愈出院,3个月后进行随访,无并发症发生,骨骼愈合良好。结论对肋骨骨折合并血气胸的患者采取科学、合理的综合护理,可抢救患者生命、提高治愈率。Objective To summarize comprehensive nursing methods of 80 cases of rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax.Methods The clinical nursing data of 80 cases of patients with rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax from September 2011 to March 2012 were retrospective analyzed.Results All the 80 cases of patients were cured and discharged through scientific and reasonable rescue and care,after three months of follow-up,no complications occured,and the bone was healing good.Conclusion With science,reasonable comprehensive nursing to rib fracture combined with hemopneumothorax patients,can rescue patient life,improve the cure rate.
