经尿道电切术治疗高龄前列腺增生症患者的心理护理

摘　　要：目的探讨经尿道电切术治疗高龄前列腺增生症患者的心理护理方法。方法选取经尿道电切术治疗前列腺增生的高龄患者140例,随机分为两组。对照组(66例)实施常规护理;观察组(74例)在常规护理基础上进行心理护理。结果入院时两组患者的SAS及SDS评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);手术前、后观察组患者SAS及SDS评分均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对经尿道电切术治疗前列腺增生的高龄患者根据其心理特点进行针对性的护理有利于改善患者情绪,以更好地配合治疗和护理。Objective To investigate the psychological nursing method of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated with transurethral resection.Methods One hundred and forty cases of elderly patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia who were treated with transurethral resection were randomly divided into two groups.The control group（66 cases） were intervened with routine nursing,the observation group（74 cases） were intervened with psychological nursing based on the routine nursing.Results The SAS and SDS score of two groups on admission had no significant differences（P 〈0.05）,while the SAS and SDS score of observation group before and after the operation were all lower than those of control group,the differences were all statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion The special nursing which is made according to psychological characteristics is helpful to improve the mood of elderly patients with benign prostatic hy perplasia who are treated with transurethral resection,so the patients can cooperate with the treatment and nursing well.
