雄激素部分缺乏对中老年男性骨密度值、高血压和糖尿病的影响分析

摘　　要：目的探究并分析雄激素部分缺乏对中老年男性骨密度值(BMD)、高血压和糖尿病的影响。方法选取本院收治的51例雄激素部分缺乏男性患者为实验组,另选取雄激素含量正常男性53例作为对照组。采用双能X线骨密度仪对股骨颈和腰椎等部位BMD进行测定,然后收集激素水平、相关生化指标和部分骨代谢指标进行分析。结果实验组合并高血压、糖尿病、骨质疏松症的患者多于对照组,对照组骨密度值正常者多于实验组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雄激素部分缺乏的中老年男性的BMD明显降低,易发生骨质疏松性骨折,并且容易引起高血压和糖尿病,应采取必要措施预防。Objective To explore and analyze influence of partial androgen deficiency on bone mineral density（BMD）,high blood pressure,diabetic of middle and old aged male.Methods Fifty patients with partial androgen deficiency of male patients were selected as experiment group,53 cases of health men with normal male androgen levels were selected as control group.BMD of the femoral neck and lumbar was determined by dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry.Hormone levels and related biochemical indicators and bone metabolism indicators were collected and analyzed.Results Patients combined with hypertension,diabetes,osteoporosis of experiment group were more than control group,the patients with normal BMD of control group were more than that of experimental group,the differences were all statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion BMD of middle and old aged male with partial androgen deficiency is significantly reduced,prone to osteoporotic fractures,and it is easy to cause hypertension and diabetes mellitus,clinic should take the necessary measures to prevent these disease.
