Kugel路径疝囊颈结扎治疗小儿腹股沟疝32例体会

摘　　要：目的探讨Kugel路径疝囊颈高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝的临床疗效。方法将67例小儿腹股沟疝随机分为两组,观察组32例,采用Kugel路径疝囊颈高位结扎术;对照组35例,采用传统疝囊颈高位结扎术。观察两组手术时间、出血量、住院时间及并发症情况。结果观察组在手术时间、出血量、住院时间和并发症方面优于对照组,两组相比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用Kugel路径疝囊颈高位结扎术治疗小儿腹股沟疝,在手术时间、出血量、住院时间和并发症方面均存在优势;还具有微创手术的特点,创伤小、恢复快、切口美观。Objective To study the effect of Kugel path hernial sac neck ligation in treatment of 32 cases of spediatric inguinal hernia.Methods The 67 cases of spediatric inguinal hernia were randomly divided into two groups,32 cases in observation group were given Kugel path hernial sac neck ligation treatment;35 cases in control group were given traditional hernia sac neck high ligation treatment.The operation time,mount of bleed loss,length of hospital stay,and complications of two groups were observed.Results The operation time,amount of bleed loss,length of hospital stay and complications of observation group were better than the control group,the difference was significant（all P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Kugel path hernial sac neck high ligation in treatment of pediatric inguinal hernia has obvious advantages in the operation time,amount of bleed loss,length of hospital stay and complications.And it has the characteristics of the minimally invasive surgery such as small trauma,quick recovery and beautiful incision.
