摘　　要：青献春教授依据酒精性肝病的三期病因病机特点,灵活运用一贯煎化裁论治该病,滋水涵木,培土生金,理气活血、攻补兼施是该方的组方特色,通过临床疗效的观察,该方治疗酒精性肝病疗效显著。According to the characteristics of etiology and pathogenesis of alcoholic liver disease （ALD） in three stages, Professor Qing Xianchun skillfully applies Yiguan Jian modifications to treat ALD. Nourishing water to moisten wood, banking up earth to generate metal, rectifying qi and invigorating blood, and simultaneously attacking and supplementing are the main composition features of Yiguan Jian. Through observation of the clinical therapeutic effects, the formula has demonstrated an obvious effect on the treatment of ALD.
