摘　　要：分析了山西能源发展面临的问题,指出转变能源发展方式、扩大晋电外送是解决问题之根本。从能源资源、地理位置、外送电市场、特高压运行情况等几方面对山西扩大电力外送的条件进行了探讨,提出发展特高压电网是扩大晋电外送的重要保障,是实现能源资源在全国范围内优化配置的电力输送载体。The problems that are faced with energy development in Shanxi are analyzed in this paper. It is pointed out that to tackle the problems at their sources is to change the energy development mode and to expand the scale of power transmission. The conditions for power transmission from Shanxi are analyzed from the factors as energy resource, geographical position, the market that needs power to be transmitted to, the operation condition of EHV and etc.. It is pointed out that developing EHV grid is the guarantee for Shanxi power transmission expanding and the important power transmission carrier that plays a key role in optimizing the allocation of energy resources in China.
