农地征用对社会稳定的不利影响及其治理对策——以河北省廊坊市为例

摘　　要：廊坊市作为河北省工业化、城镇化建设的前沿阵地,近些年来农地征用日益增多,对社会的稳定产生了一些不利影响。例如,被征地的农民普遍存在的社会焦虑情绪,容易与相关部门产生冲突等都不利于社会稳定。究其原因主要是由于我国社会正处于转型期,且征地补偿机制不健全,基层组织的社会管理不力。所以应该格外关注失地农民的社会融入,完善征地补偿机制,加强基层组织的社会管理力,以促进和维护社会稳定。As a forward position of industrialization and urbanization in Hebei, Langfang＇ s Farmland Solicitation increase quickly in recent years. This produces a few adverse effects to the social stability. For example, social anxiety exists generally in the farmers whose land was expropriated, prone to conflict behavior with related department. These are not conducive to social stability. The main reasons are our society is in a transition period, land expropriation compensation mechanism is not perfect and the basic organizations are not good at the social management. So we should pay special attention to their social integration, perfect compensation mechanism, strengthen the basic organizations＇ social management ability to promote and maintain social stability.
