摘 要:随着建筑市场的快速发展,建筑造价咨询业全面参与项目全周期造价管理的案例越来越多.结合自身研究和实践,在基于全过程造价管理模式下,探索建设项目施工阶段业主方与咨询方的设计变更管理方法和实施精要,旨在提供设计变更管理方法新模式,规范设计变更程序,提高投资效益.With the development of construction market economy in China, there are more and more eases that chinese construction cost consulting companies are involved in project life cycle cost management. Based on whole process cost management model and practice as well as research, design alteration method and implement essentials between owners and consultants during the projects in construction stage were discussed in order to propose a new model and standardize the design alteration procedures and improve investanent benefit.
