尼莫地平联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂对重度脑挫裂伤的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察总结尼莫地平联合单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂在治疗急性重度脑挫裂伤的临床疗效。方法对2010年1月至2011年12月治疗的重度脑挫裂伤患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组进行观察,治疗前后比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果尼莫地平组较对照组神经功能疗效均非常明显(P<0.05)。Objective To observe the efficacy of combined nimodipine with ganglioside in treatment of patients with acute severe brain injury.Methods On the treatment of severe brain injury patients in January 2010-2011 in December,were randomly divided into treatment and control groups were observed,the therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The effectiverate of treatment group was significantly higher than control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Nimodipine combined ganglioside early treatment of acute severe cerebral brain injury can significantly improve the condition and prognosis.
