护理干预对四肢开放骨折患者术后临床疗效及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨特定的护理干预对四肢开放骨折患者术后临床疗效及生活质量的影响,以便更好的指导临床工作。方法收集100例四肢开放骨折术后患者,随机分为两组,观察组50例,应用常规护理和特定的综合护理干预,对照组50例,只进行常规护理。应用相关量表分析患者护理干预前后对其临床疗效及生活质量的干预效果。结果观察组患者干预后临床疗效及生活质量评分明显高于对照组。护理干预效果与患者术后疗效及生活质量密切相关。结论对四肢开放骨折患者尽早进行规范的护理干预,能显著改善患者术后的临床疗效及生活质量,临床中应积极开展应用。Objective To discuss the influence of nursing intervention to clinical efficacy and life quality in patients with open fractures of limbs and improve the nursing quality.Methods 100 cases with open fractures of limbs were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group（n=50）,routine nursing and specific nursing intervention were applied,and control group（n=50） treated by routine nursing.Analysis of the difference of clinical efficacy and life quality between the two groups to find the influence of nursing intervention.Results The clinical efficacy and life quality of observation group is obvious better than the control group.Conclusion For patients with open fracture of limbs,nursing intervention should apply early cause of it can much improve the clinical efficacy and life quality.It is worth of widely using.
