摘　　要：目的了解某市MSM(男性同性恋)中艾滋病、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、梅毒和结核的感染情况。方法对研究人群采用统一问卷,并进行梅毒、乙型肝炎、丙型肝炎、结核等相关疾病的筛查。结果共调查MSM 51例,艾滋病知识总知晓率为76.03%;HIV抗体、HBsAg、丙型肝炎抗体、梅毒抗体阳性率分别为1.70%、l1.97%和11.11%;PPD强阳性2例,胸片发现结核好发部位斑片影1例。结论开展感染HIV的MSM性传播疾病、结核病的主动监测,以及针对性的行为干预迫在眉睫,以便遏制艾滋病等性传播疾病的快速蔓延。Objective To know the city MSM（male homosexual） HIV/AIDS,hepatitis b,hepatitis c,syphilis and tubercular infection status.Methods The study group by using the unified questionnaire,and syphilis,hepatitis b,hepatitis c,tuberculosis and other related disease screening.Results A total of survey MSM 51,AIDS knowledge total awareness is 76.03%;HIV antibody,HBsAg,hepatitis c antibody,syphilis antibody positive rate were 1.70%,l1.97 % and 11.11%;PPD strong positive in 2 cases,chest radiograph tuberculosis good hair parts patch shadow 1 case.Conclusion Developing the infected with HIV MSM sexually transmitted disease,tuberculosis of active surveillance,and specific behavior intervention is imminent,in order to curb AIDS and so on the rapid spread of sexually transmitted diseases.
