外科治疗婴幼儿卡介苗性腋窝淋巴结结核临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨婴幼儿接种卡介苗后引发的局部淋巴结结核的外科治疗方式。方法对我院近6年来收治的58例婴幼儿卡介苗性腋窝淋巴结结核应用手术切除联合局部抗结核药物治疗。结果全部病例切口均甲级愈合,痊愈出院,随访6个月~5年无腋窝局部肿物复发,手术切口愈合良好,且无其他肺内、外结核感染征象。结论手术切除联合局部抗结核药物化疗治疗婴幼儿接种卡介苗后引发的局部淋巴结结核安全有效,术中注意保护腋窝重要血管、神经,愈合率高,疗效肯定。Objective To investigate infant BCG vaccination triggered the surgical treatment of regional lymph node tuberculosis.Methods 58 cases admitted to our hospital for the past six years infant BCG axillary lymph node tuberculosis applications surgical resection combined with local anti-TB medication.Results All cases incision healing,were discharged,and follow-up of six months to five years without axillary local tumor recurrence,surgical incisions healed well,and no other intrapulmonary outer signs of tuberculosis infection.Conclusion Surgical resection combined with local anti-TB drugs and chemotherapy infant BCG vaccination triggered local lymph node tuberculosis safe and effective,intraoperative attention to protecting the armpits of major blood vessels,nerves,the healing rate is effective.
