支撑喉镜电视内镜下低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿24例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨低温等离子射频治疗会厌囊肿的疗效及优势。方法对24例会厌囊肿患者采用低温等离子射频治疗,观察治疗效果,并进行3～24个月的随访。结果 24例患者手术中出血少、术后无出血,术后疼痛轻、恢复快、无复发。结论支撑喉镜电视内镜下低温等离子射频消融切除术治疗会厌囊肿具有损伤轻、出血少、恢复快、并发症少等优点,取得满意疗效,且电视内镜具有摄录像功能,便于临床科研及教学,值得临床推广。Objective To study the curative effect and advantages of the low-temperature plasma radio frequency in the treatment of epiglottis cyst.Methods Twenty-four patients with epiglottis cyst were given the treatment of low-temperature plasma radio frequency,the treatment curative effect was observed with the follow-up time were 3-24 months.Results Twenty-four patients were less bleeding in surgery and no bleeding after surgery,and had light pain postoperative,rapid recovery and no recurrence.Conclusion The treatment of Low-temperature plasma radio frequency under support laryngoscope TV endoscopic for the patients with epiglottis cyst has the advantages with less trauma,less bleeding,rapid recovery,fewer complications,etc,and could get satisfied curative effect,and TV endoscopy has perturbation and video function,and it is convenient for clinical scientific research and teaching,which is worth clinical promotion.
