摘　　要：目的探讨雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架冠心病复杂病变中应用的临床疗效。方法本次实验以本院2010年1月～2011年1月收治的400例冠心病复杂病变患者为实验对象,所有患者共使用450个雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架(Cypher),回顾分析患者的临床治疗效果。结果患者心脏支架成功置入率为99.5%,患者手术和住院过程中,心脏不良反应发生率为0.5%,且无死亡病例,术后对患者实施6～12个月的随访,且随访结果较为理想。结论本次临床实验结果表明,雷帕霉素药物洗脱支架用于冠心病复杂病变中,具有较高的支架置入成功率,且不良反应发生率较低,临床应用价值较高。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapamycin-eluting stent（Cypher） in patients with complicated coronary lesions.Methods Four hundred cases of patients with complicated coronary lesions were secected in our hospital from January 2010 to January 2011 as the experimental objects.450 rapamycin-eluting stents were used in all patients.The clinical effect was analyzed retrospectively.Results Success rate of stent implantation was 99.5%.There was no death during operation and hospitalization process and cardiac adverse reaction rate was only 0.5%.Follow-up time after operation had been 6 to 12 months and follow-up results was satisfactory.Conclusion The clinical experimental results show that Cypher has a high success rate of implantation for complicated coronary lesions,and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.So it has the higher clinical application value.
