摘　　要：目的探索颅脑CT在婴儿期脑影像"正常"的早产低体重儿随访中的应用价值。方法对103例婴幼儿期脑CT结果"正常"的早产低体重儿在12个月及18个月时行脑CT检查。结果 103例早产低体重儿在12个月随访时脑CT异常率为8.7%,在18个月随访时脑CT异常率为7.8%。结论脑CT检查有助于发现脑神经发育异常者,可作为早产低体重儿的随访常规检查手段。Objective To explore the application value of brain CT in the follow-up visit of low birth weight premature with ＂normal＂ imaging during infantile period.Methods One hundred and three cases of low birth weight premature whose brain CT was normal were given brain CT examination at the 12 months and 18 months.Results The abnormal rate of brain CT was 8.7% in the 103 cases of low birth weight premature at 12 months,and the rate was 7.8% at 18 months.Conclusion Brain CT examination is useful in identifying brain neurodevelopmental abnormalities,and it can be routine examination in the follow-up visit of low birth weight premature.
