护理干预在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在经皮肾镜取石术中的临床应用效果。方法选取本院2011年11月～2012年9月采用经皮肾镜取石术治疗的124例肾结石患者为研究对象,针对患者实施不同护理后的相关临床指标进行比较分析。结果对照组62例患者中,总满意53例,总满意率为85.48%;实验组62例患者中,总满意61例,总满意率为98.39%。实验组总满意率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论护理干预在经皮肾镜取石术中的应用效果较佳,可以显著地提高护理服务质量,对于患者的术后康复具有重要的意义。Objective To discuss the clinical application effect of nursing intervention in percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods One hundred and twenty-four patients with renal calculus who were treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy in our hospital from November 2011 to September 2012 were selected as research objectes,then the clinical related parameters of patients who were intervened with different nursing were compared and analyzed.Results Among 62 cases of patients in control group,53 cases were satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 85.48%,among 62 cases of patients in experimental group,61 cases were satisfied,the total satisfaction rate was 98.39%,the total satisfaction rates of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The application effect of nursing intervention in percutaneous nephrolithotomy is better,and it can significantly improve the quality of nursing service,so it has important significance for the postoperative rehabilitation of patients.
