摘　　要：目的探讨老年贫血病因及治疗方法。方法对2010年2月～2011年10月本院收治的106例老年贫血患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果老年贫血的病因以慢性病贫血最为多见,其次为缺铁性贫血、巨幼细胞性贫血;经过采取有效措施治疗后,106例老年贫血患者均得到不同程度的好转。结论对于老年贫血患者,应积极查找贫血原因,明确诊断,及早治疗,对提高老年人的生活质量具有重要意义。Objective To explore the causes of anemia in elderly patients and its treatment measures.Methods One hundred and six cases of anemia in elderly patients treated by our hospital from February 2010 to October 2010 were retrospectively analyzed.Results The top three causes of anemia in elderly were anemia of chronic disease,iron deficiency anemia and myelodysplastic syndromes.After taking effective treatment measures,106 cases of anemia in elderly patients had been improved at various degree.Conclusion For anemia in elderly patients,we should find out causes of anemia,make definitive diagnosis and treatment timely,which is good for improving the elderly living quality.
