湿性疗法在糖尿病大疱治疗中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的观察湿性疗法治疗糖尿病合并皮肤大疱的疗效。方法回顾性分析本院11例糖尿病合并皮肤大疱的患者,在综合治疗的基础上采用湿性疗法进行处理,观察皮肤水疱的愈合时间。结果直径小于2cm的水疱愈合时间为6～13d;直径3～5cm的水疱愈合时间为14～21d;形成溃疡的水疱愈合时间为41d。结论在运用综合治疗的基础上,湿性疗法治疗糖尿病合并皮肤大疱疗效确切,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the curative effect of wet therapy in the treatment of diabetes merged skin bullous.Methods Eleven cases of patients with diabetes merged skin bullae were retrospectively analyzed,and given the wet therapy on the basis of comprehensive treatment,healing time of skin blisters was observed.Results The healing time of skin blisters with the diameter less than 2 cm were 6-13 days;The healing time of skin blisters with the diameter 3-5 cm were 14-21 days.The healing time of skin blisters with formation ulcer were 41 days.Conclusion Wet therapy on the basis of using comprehensive treatment in the treatment of diabetes merged skin bullae has definite effect,it is worth clinical promotion.
