摘  要:目的:建立HPLC法同时测定肺闭宁颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱与盐酸伪麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Shim-pack VP-ODS C18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水-磷酸-三乙胺(3∶97∶0.1∶0.2);流速为1.0 mL/min;检测波长为213 nm。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在0.456~1.596μg、盐酸伪麻黄碱在0.356~1.246μg的浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率为:盐酸麻黄碱99.49%,RSD为1.73%;盐酸伪麻黄碱98.56%,RSD为1.12%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法。Objective: To establish an HPLC method for determination of ephedrine hydroehloride and pseudoephedrine hydrochloride in Feibining granule. Methods: RP-HPLC method was used with Shim-pack VP-ODS C18 column (150 mm×4.6 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase was consisted of acetonitrile-water-H3_PO4triethylamine (3:97:0.1:0.2). The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. The detection wawe- length was at 213 nm. Results: The linear range of ephedrine hydrochloride was 0.456-1.596 μg. The average recovery was 99.49%, and RSD was 1.73%. The linear range of pesudoephedrine hydrochloride was 0.356- 1.246 μg;The average recovery was 98. 56%, and RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion: This method is simple. The result is accurate and the reproducibility is good. Theremothods can be used as the quality control of Feibining granules.
