复方补骨脂颗粒长期毒性研究

摘　　要：目的研究复方补骨脂颗粒经口服给药途径的长期毒性。方法以临床成人日用量的60、30、15倍连续灌服3个月,停药2周,分别称量大鼠体重,计算脏器系数,测定血液学和血液生化学指标,并做病理组织学检查。结果复方补骨脂颗粒三组剂量大鼠均未出现中毒症状,大鼠体质量、摄食、血液学、血液生化学和病理组织学等均未见毒理学意义的异常改变。结论复方补骨脂颗粒口服长期服用对大鼠无明显毒性反应,其无毒反应剂量为16 g/(kg.d),可推荐临床使用。Objective To investigate the long term toxicity of Compound Fructus Psoraleae Granules in oral administration way. Methoits The rats were treated with 60, 30, 15 times of clinical daily dosage of adults for 3 months continuously, then with 2 weeks of drug withdrawal. The body weight, organ index, hematology, blood biochemistry and histopathology were measured for indicators. Results All of three groups of rats had no toxic symptoms, the body weight, food consumption, and indicators of hematology, blood biochemistry and histopathology had no abnormal changes in significance of toxicology. Conclusion The long term oral administration way of compound fructuspsoraleae granules has no significant toxic reactions, the dose of nontoxic reaction is 16g/（kg-d）, and it can be recommended in clinical therapy.
