摘　　要：目的探讨机械通气在早产儿中的应用及护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院2010年12月-2011年4月20例进行机械通气早产儿的临床资料，总结其护理方法。结果早产儿的通气时间为45-168h，平均（110．37±51．46）h；治愈19例，治愈率为95％，仅有1例出现撤机失败，第2次捅管成功后治愈，无后遗症出现，无死亡病例。结论机械通气能够显著改善早产儿的肺功能．期间配合精心的护理．可减少并发症的发生。Objective To investigate the application of mechanical ventilation in premature infants and its nursing meth- ods. Methods Clinical data of 20 cases of premature infants performed in mechanical ventilation in our hospital from December 2010 to April 2011 were analyzed retrospectively, then the nursing methods were summarized. Results The ventila- tion time of preterm infants was 45 to 168 h, with an average of （110.37±51：46） h. 19 cases were cured, the cure rate was 95%. Only 1 case had weaning failed, who was cured after successful intubation in the Second time. There was no sequel and death case. Conclusion Mechanical ventilation can significantly improve the pulmonary function of premature infants, combined with careful nursing during the treatment can reduce the incidence of complication.
