摘　　要：对几种常用露点仪在不同温度、压力和流量条件下进行测试研究,找到了样气温度、压力、流量对氧化铝式、高分子电容式和冷镜式露点仪测量结果的影响程度。By the experimental research on several typical types of dew point hygrometers in the condition of deferent temperature, pressure and flow rate, the influence degrees of the sample gas temperature, pressure and flow rate on the results of the alumina, high polymer capacitance and chilled mirror dew point hygrometers were found.
