摘 要:针对不同风力发电机组的机械结构、冷却方式、运行原理等,探讨多种防潮防凝露方案,吸取传统方法的经验和教训,研究解决潮湿凝露问题的根本方法——设置良好的带干燥设备的除湿系统,对循环空气和新风进行除湿处理,降低除湿区间大气湿度以防凝露.并以典型风机为例,通过对其运行参数及温湿度曲线进行分析对比,验证最佳的风力发电机组防潮防凝露方案及其应用可行性.In view of the mechanical structures, cooling modes and operating principles of different wind turbines, many methods used to prevent humidity and dew are studied. By drawing on experience and learning lessons from traditional methods, this paper aims to work out an efficient method to solve problems of humidity and dew. That is, a dehumidification system with drying equipment is built to dehumidify circulating air and fresh air, and to reduce the atmospheric humidity so as to prevent dewing. Typical wind turbines are taken as an example, and the operation parameters and curves of temperature and humidity are analyzed and compared with a view to verifying its scheme of preventing humidity and dew, and evaluating its feasibility.
