摘　　要：铁路重点传染病防控效果的系统表达方案,形成两个相对独立的指标体系;①铁路重点传染病防控绩效综合评估指标体系;②铁路突发传染病疫情现场处置评估指标体系。综合评估指标体系包括传染病管理、传染病预防、传染病疫情处置、运行支持保障等4项职能指标。突发疫情现场处置评估指标体系包括组织决策指挥效能、疫情现场处置效能、善后恢复评估效能等3项职能指标。铁路突发传染病疫情影响评估指标,由健康和生命损失指标、经济损失指标、社会损失指标和疫情损失影响率指标构成。The paper researched a system expression scheme about prevention and control effect for major infectious diseases in railway.It forms two relatively independent index systems： ①the comprehensive evaluation index system with prevention and control effect for the major infectious diseases of railway;②the scene disposal evaluation index system for endemic situation of emergency infection on railway.The comprehensive evaluation index system includes 4 functions,which are the infectious disease management,the infectious disease prevention,the disposal for endemic situation of infection and the operation support.The scene disposal evaluation index system for endemic situation of emergency infection includes 3 functions,which are the organization decision command,the scene disposal of endemic situation,the rehabilitation recovery evaluation efficiency.The influence evaluation indexes with endemic situation of emergency infection of railway consists of the health and life damage,economic damage,society damage,and damage influence ratio of endemic situation.
