摘 要:目的了解昆明市小学生龋病与饮食情况的关系,筛选出龋病的高危因素,为龋病的预防及针对性的口腔健康教育提供科学依据.方法对昆明市某小学12岁年龄组儿童200人进行口腔检查及问卷调查,分析儿童牙齿的患龋率和龋均,将调查数据进行Sperman相关分析.结果 200名受检者中患龋率为40%、龋均0.815.糖果、巧克力、碳酸饮料、加糖果汁等含糖食物与儿童患龋有相关性,3餐间加餐(含糖)危险度明显高于不加餐者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).喝牛奶与龋病无明显相关性,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).多吃新鲜水果有利于降低龋病的发生,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论饮食结构、饮食频率与龋病有明显的相关性,为更好地预防儿童龋病,应加强儿童饮食管理、合理膳食.Objective To investigate the relationship between caries and dietary condition in pupils in Kunming,select the main risk factors of caries,and to provide scientific basis for prevention of caries and oral health education.Methods The oral examination and questionnaire were designed for 200 12 years-old primary school students in Kunming,and the prevalence rate of caries and DMFT were analyzed.The survey data were analyzed by Sperman correlation.Results The prevalence of caries in 200 students was 40%,and DMFT was 0.815.There was significant relationship between caries and candy,chocolate,carbonic acid drink,juice with full of sugar.It is obviously dangerous when they have snack besides 3 dinners,the differences was statistically significant(P0.05).Drinking milk had no obvious correlation with caries(P0.05).Eating fresh fruit was beneficial to reduce the incidence of caries,the differences was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusions There is obvious correlation between caries and dietary structure and dietary habit.Dietary management and rational diet should be strengthened in order to prevent the incidence of caries.
