多层螺旋CT血管成像在四肢动脉损伤中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨64层螺旋CT后处理技术在四肢动脉损伤中的应用价值。材料和方法收集23例怀疑上肢或下肢动脉损伤患者的多层螺旋CT血管成像(MSCTA)资料进行回顾性分析,总结其影像学表现。结果 23例血管成像均显示血管丰富、清晰,图像质量完全满足临床诊断要求,其中5例动脉血管显示正常,18例动脉损伤中动脉断裂8例,动脉闭塞4例,动脉狭窄4例,假性动脉瘤1例,动-静脉瘘1例。结论 MSCTA在肢体动脉损伤的诊断中具有很高的准确性,可以作为一种首选的血管成像方法。Objective To explore the value of sixty four slice MSCT in the diagnosis of arterial injury of extremities. Methods Sixty four slice MSCT was used to examine 23 patients with arterial injury in lower extremities or upper extremities to summarize the imaging characteristics. Results The inaging quallity was good enough to meet the repuirements of clinical diagnosis in all cases. CTA showed normal arterial in 5 cases, therre were arteria fragmentation 8 cases in the 18 arterial injury, arteria occlusion 4 cases, arteria stenosis 4 cases, 1 case was pseudoaneurysm and I case was arterial-venous. Conclusion The MSCTS is very accurate for diagnosing the arterial injury of extremities, it could be used as a screening technique.
