超12小时面部软组织创伤I期修复临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨I期整形修复超12小时面部软组织创伤的方法和经验。方法:选择我院急诊面部软组织创伤超过12h病例17例,采用积极扩创和整形外科技术I期修复,观察治疗效果。结果:伤口均甲级愈合,无明显瘢痕增生,无功能障碍,不需要Ⅱ期修复,美容效果良好。结论:超12h面部软组织创伤,采用积极扩创和整形缝合,可获I期修复和满意的美容效果,值得临床应用和深入研究。Objective TO explore the clinical method and experience of repairing over 12-houred emergency facial soft tissue trauma primarily with plastic surgical techniques. Methods The over 12-houred emergency facial soft tissue injuries of 17 patients were selected. They had been expanded debrided and repaired primarily with plastic surgical techniques. Healing effects were observed and compared. Results All cases were pdmary healing.There were no obvious scar formative or. function problems.Second stage reconstruction was not needed, the cosmetic effect was perfect. Conclusion The facial soft tissue injury of over 12-hours can require primary healing and satisfactory cosmetic result with active expanded debride and plastic surgical techniques. It is worth clinical applying and deeply researching.
