青霉素皮肤点刺试验与皮内试验方法对照研究

摘　　要：目的:对照皮肤点刺试验(SPT)与皮内试验(IST)两种方法在青霉素皮肤试验中阳性率、疼痛程度及所需时间情况。方法:随机选择86例需做青霉素皮肤试验的患者,采用自身对照法:左臂采用点刺法、右臂皮内注射法进行皮肤试验,对比其阳性率、疼痛程度及所需时间。结果:皮肤点刺试验阳性率为3.5%,假阳性率2.3%,疼痛率16.3%,平均用时4分50秒;皮内试验阳性率为3.5%,假阳性率9.3%,疼痛率98.8%,平均用时7分36秒;点剌试验与皮内试验两种青霉素皮肤试验方法阳性率对比均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:点刺试验与皮内试验法阳性率完全相符,且点刺试验具有痛苦小、操作简便、用时短、安全副反应小的特点,更适应小儿。Objective Onstrast two ways of SPT and IST in the penicillin skin experiment positive rate,pain degree and the time of need. Methods Choose 86 patients with the penicillin skin experiment arbitrarily and adopt self-contrast,their left arms＇adopting SPT,their right arms＇adopting infection and do the skin experiment,constrast their positive rate,pain degree and the time of need. Result The positive rate of SPT is 3.5%,false positive rate of SPT is 2.3%,the pain rate is 16.3%,the average time of use is four minutes and fifty seconds;the positive rate of the test of intraderma[ injection way is 3.5%,the false positive rate is 9.3%,the pain rate is 98.8%,the average time of use is seven minutes and thirty six seconds;the constrasting of positive rate about the test of two kinds of ways of penicillin skin test of SPT and IST is nearly the same （P〉0.05）. Conclusion The positive rate of SPT and IST is quite same,and the SPT has less oain、operate easilier,use less time, safer and fewer side effect and it is fitter for the kids.
