摘　　要：目的:探讨美皮康有边型用于夏季锁骨下静脉置管穿刺点换药的效果。方法:将400例行锁骨下静脉置管的患者随机分为两组,观察组采用美皮康有边型固定穿刺点,对照组无菌纱布覆盖穿刺点,再以透明薄膜敷料固定纱布,观察和比较两组穿刺点局部感染、敷料下汗液聚积、额外换药及脱管情况。结果:观察组采用美皮康有边型换药的效果优于对照组。结论:在夏季采用美皮康有边型进行锁骨下静脉置管换药较棉质敷料换药效果好。Objective Approach to the effect on the subclavian venous catheter dressing change with Mepilex Border in summer. Methods Dividing the patients with subclavian venous catheter into two groups randomly.Each group has 200 patients.The observed groups cover and fix the prick with Mepilex Border.The control groups cover prick with asepsis gauze fabric and then fix the gauze fabric with transparent film as dressing change.Observing and comparing the condition on skin infection in part,sweat congestion under the dressing,extra-change of dressing and catheter amotio. Results Mepilex Border used for subclavian venous catheter dressing change in the observed groups are better than the control groups. Conclusions The effect on Mepilex Border used for subclavian venous catheter dressing change is better than the gauze fabric in summer.
