摘　　要：目的:探讨安全管理在精神疾病患者静脉输液治疗中的作用。方法:采用操作人员准入,准备阶段双人核对治疗过程,护士现场监控等措施。结果:对实施安全管理前后输液不良事件发生率及患者满意度差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。结论:安全管理对减少精神病患者静脉输液治疗的不良事件具有重要的作用。Objective To explore the safety management in the treatment of mental health patients intravenous infusion in the role. Methods The operating personnel access,ready to stage a double check the treatment process,the nurse site monitoring of measures. Results Contrast to implement safety management infusion adverse events before and after incidence and patient satisfaction compar- ing statistical significance （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Safety management to reduce the mental patient intravenous infusion therapy adverse events has the vital role.
