对急诊留观患者健康教育需求的调查研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨急诊留观患者对健康教育内容及方式的需求程度。方法:对830位患者以调查问卷的形式进行健康教育需求的调查。结果:急诊留观患者对健康教育的内容需求程度依次为:疾病相关知识指导、心理护理、饮食及生活方式的指导,治疗费用。结论:不同年龄、不同文化程度的患者对健康教育的需求有显著性差异(P值)。急诊护士应对患者进行个体化的健康教育。Objective To investigate the demand rate of the health education in different ways for the emergency observation patients. Methods Questionnaire investigation method was adopted to 830 emergency observation patients. Results The requirements of health education for the emergency observation patients are list in following in turn： the guide of disease knowledge, the psychological nursing, the guide of diet and lifestyle, the medical expenses. The requirements of health education for the patients with different age and cultural level are also different. Conclusion The emergency patients are shot of the knowledge of health education. It＇s necessary for the nurses to take the personally health education for the patients.
